UserQ is a fast way to capture user feedback and data in the MENA region. I often use it for my UX research and design projects. The tool has helped me to test my hypotheses and assumptions and, eventually, improve the products I worked on. My favourite features are tree-testing and card-sorting.
Amazing experience with UserQ. Literally saved my research project when I was finding it really hard to get participants for a survey in Egypt. Received my results from 150 participants within a day! This is an absolute game changer for accelerating research projects and producing more value with little effort. I've personally used the prototype test and the experience to set it up and launch it has been a breeze! The user panel is by far the most comprehensive panel I've seen in the region, allowing researchers to conclude usual 3 day long moderated usability testing sessions to a 20 minute snack break while UserQ gets to work. Using UserQ is the definition of work smart, not hard.
I had a truly great experience with the card sorting exercise. The output was clear and concise, making it easy to understand the results. The support staff were also fantastic, always willing to listen to feedback and suggestions. In addition, the exercise helped me to gain a deeper understanding of of our hypothesis and to apply them to our work.
