Usermaven is a good web analytics tool, especially for those who: Want a privacy-focused option Value a user-friendly interface Are on a budget
I've been using Usermaven for about a month and am very happy with it. Like Waqar says in his note, he built it because the other tools are too complicated to set up. This is especially true for an early stage startup that hasn't hit PMF yet. Usermaven is easy-to-setup and easy-to-use. It gives useful reports with minimal configuration. Best of all, for me, it supports both and allows me to separate reports for https://clockk.com (our public, marketing site) and https://app.clockk.com (our actual app). Most tools just blur these together and make reporting on them individually really hard. I look forward to expanding my use of Usermaven.
Endorsed by George Charba, my business partner, I signed up for Usermaven a few months back. Surprisingly this tool is easy to set up and provides accurate engagement metrics we really need to make "just right" decisions. Kudos to the team!
No matter what - this is without a doubt the most beautiful looking and feature rich analytics tool I have ever used. Not to say it super easy to use and, quite important to me, it is fully GDPR compliant. Thumbs up and can't wait what else they have in store for Usermaven!!

I think Usermaven is a great addition to my tool stack. It allows me to get a deep dive into the customers intent and am able to better understand any road blocks or areas within my app that customers are not liking or are causing delays. White labeling allows me to get around blockers. I am really glad I found Usermaven.
