Support is fast in not helping or solving the problems. Ring quality and durability (golden one) is nowhere close to “remarkably scratch resistant” but instead after a week it shows silver shimmer from underneath. Oh no, wiping even longer and even harder does not solve it. Battery life does fall short of the 4-6 days promised. Supports answer: 3.5 days is okay. Guess what, it’s not okay if you promise “power-packed 5 day battery life”. Let’s assume it’s on the lower and at 4 days. 3.5 instead of 4 is a deviation of 12.5% assuming the promised 5 days it’s 30%!!! That’s nowhere near the proclaimed high quality. Resetting the ring charging to full battery and those steps did not help the first three times so likely will not if I’m told to do it 10 more times. After countless messages still no solution, replacement, or anything close to a satisfying solution. Recommendation for everyone considering to buy: Don’t.
