Used it for 3 days to find it would not integrate with Make.com the way I needed (it may now, was a year ago), so I canceled. A year later they tried to charge me a "renewal". They even lied about claiming they sent me an email to say it would renew (they did not because they know that would prompt me to stop it).
Even worse instead of offering a refund for a product I cancelled and haven't used, they refused.
They must be circling the drain. This is the sort of downward spiral behavior that occurs shortly before collapse.
