Trello hepls a lot for our team's productivity and organization. Its intuitive interface allows us to create boards for different projects, with lists and cards that help us track tasks and progress seamlessly. The drag-and-drop functionality makes it easy to prioritize and update tasks, while the ability to add due dates, checklists, and attachments keeps everything in one place. Collaboration is a breeze with Trello, as team members can comment, assign tasks, and get notifications in real-time. It's the perfect tool for anyone looking to streamline their workflow and enhance team coordination.
While it is great as a simple Kanban board with minimum complexity, in my experience, you will have to move to another tool as the team grows and/or projects and tasks get bigger. Looking through plugins to compensate for missing features is painful. The notifications, whenever you are mentioned or assigned to a card, should be way more visible.
Love, love, loveeeeee Trello Forms! This was what I was missing for my business and it has helped take my company to the next level! Though there are some aesthetic features missing, I know they are in the works such as being able to brand the form to my company colors, control the font etc. My clients love the ease of use with the form and it comes in so neatly into our trello boards! Highly recommend this product!

We just love Forms by BlueCat. Having the Trello custom fields auto-populate functionality has really improved our automation rules, turn-around, and the team loves it. Having assets attached to the card and not a link to the asset has saved us a lot of time! Thanks, Forms by BlueCat! Oh, and I can't forget the great customer service!
