My purchase was failed on the 24th - no one contacted me, instead they suspended my account, did not reply to my initial email to check what is going on about the purchase and waited for me to send a second email more than a day later to just inform me that the account is suspended. No proactiveness what so ever, no information, no one emailed me even an automatic message to check if everything is ok, if they have any sort of concerns abbout the transaction or bank or about the security, whatever. No such thing happened. And now on top of their not responsiveness, lack of proactive behavior, they say the account is suspended and ask me if I am satisfied with the service. Really? I will not rest until I receive some kind of an explanation, until I have mhy account back and an actual human being instead of a half filled macro explains to me what happened and how do we make it better!
