Although I really enjoy my Touchjet Pond (I actually have 2) I have recently run into some issues, and there is ZERO tech support available. One of them is stuck on the load/boot screen, the other has the screen overlay function turned on and I can't get rid of it. Also, I wanted to purchase a couple new stylus pens, but the website is the only place they could have been purchased.
