We're all aware that generative AI has the potential to radically transform work in the long term, but in the short term, AI-enabled tools can enhance productivity for Customer Success teams today. Small productivity gains and improvements to customer experience add up to a big impact. Increased productivity isn't always about grand new systems. Sometimes (maybe often times), it's about doing repetitive work X% better with less effort. That's what this tool offers, IMO (wrapped in a fun design). Customer-facing teams at companies of any size should give this tool a try. :-)

Congrats to the whole Delighted team in designing a really clean, straightforward way to build a survey. My favorite feature so far is the built-in collaboration experience. I've previously built surveys where I had to start with a Google Doc to share the proposed questions with my team, and then copy-pasted the final questions into the survey tool. No more...I can now do this directly in Delighted and quickly share the survey design and results with my team!
