ThriveSparrow is a centralized employee success platform serving as an operating system for HRs, the unsung heroes of the workplace. Our platform helps elevate employee experience, align teams with the company's vision, and foster an employee-first culture.
We have been carefully hatching ThriveSparrow at the SurveySparrow HQ to extend the possibilities of an already compelling experience management platform. We believe we have a solution to tie together the many fragmented parts of the employee engagement puzzle - Peer Rewards, Engagement Surveys to start with, and soon launching 360 feedbacks, action plans, Goals, and OKR. We have tried to design a product experience that is easy and intuitive to set up, while robust and scalable in its core to cater to the varying complexities of businesses - large and small.
