From the beginning, I have followed ThriveDesk. It is an easy-to-use customer support tool. The tool has been growing over time. It is very well designed and affordable. I can create multiple inboxes for different businesses from one account. It helps me maintain my entire sales team and customer support staff.
I love the ThriveDesk so much. It’s easy to use and user friendly also best choice who need to change his classic support system and get live-chat benefits in built. Also included many features like knowledge base and community, etc. But i am missing some features like others app integration, custom form build option etc. Hope they will add them soon.
It is budget-friendly and easy to use. Some features are still in the pipeline. Once they are available, I think it is going to be unbeatable.

Simple and easy to use very cost effective product made by a great team from Bangladesh. Some UX things are still quirky, but I see they listen to their users and work hard to deliver what is needed.
