Useful tool for me to get updates what happening daily in my mailbox
I've been using The Librarian daily, and it's quickly become an essential part of my workflow. The more I use it, the smarter it gets - learning my habits, anticipating my needs, and asking exactly the right questions. It effortlessly automates my tasks, to-dos, calendar invites, and emails, and summarizes my daily activities so I always have a clear picture of where my time goes. This AI was a game-changer for me! I really needed something like this for my work! One of the things that I truly love is the Morning Briefs - thanks to them now I don't let things fall through the cracks anymore.
Really amazing tool! The morning briefs are very helpful and the search functions work really well. Once I started using it I realised how much time I was actually waiting searching for emails and documents. A fantastic thing is how it's in constant development and new functions are being added all the time. Yet, it's still very clean and user friendly.

That's actually why it's called The Librarian because in the beginning, one year ago, was all about helping the user find emails, files, messages, etc. But with time it did evolve to be more than that and now it can also send/reply to emails, schedule events, help you prepare for your day/meetings, etc, etc. 🤖
About 1 month ago I am using The Librarian as my personal assistant on WhatsApp, and it opened my eyes to how much time I used to waste on small tasks, such as checking emails, juggling calendars, hunting through Drive. Now, the first thing I see each morning is a concise Brief that maps out my day: meetings, priorities, even warnings if appointments clash. It feels like having a secretary who’s been up since dawn preparing my schedule. The real magic for me is the WhatsApp chat. I can drop an image, files, or quick voice note and just tell it, for a few seconds later my Google Calendar is perfectly updated without touching my laptop. Even when I forget a file name, I just type it and the Drive link pops right up. The crazy things is the more I use it, the smarter it gets; it already remembers my default Zoom room and favorite email sign‑off, so every drafted reply feels effortlessly personal. What i loved is The Librarian has turned my phone into a genuinely efficient mobile office, letting me focus on what matters instead of repetitive admin. I really love this tools, thank you so much The Librarian teams!

I didn’t realize how much time I was wasting until I started using The Librarian. Now I get my morning brief, manage my calendar, and send emails without even opening a bunch of apps. It’s crazy convenient and surprisingly smart.

TheLibrarian.io is a very Handy AI tool for boosting productivity! The automatic daily todos that is sent to me every morning(abtracted from my calendar/emails) helps me be more clear about my objectives for each day, being laid out in a clear summary. The feature to scan and analyze documetns quickly also comes very handy as a pocket tool to quickly summarize documents, very useful tool overall with much more potential to help in my day-to-day personal and professional life.
