Taskade, for me, is the superhero of productivity tools. It's like having a pocket-sized personal assistant, always ready with a nifty feature or a smart update. The best part? The founders are super involved – who actually care and listen to your suggestions. Having access from many places such as mobile, ios, android, browser, windows and ect. Whether I'm navigating the chaos of work or trying to not forget my grocery list, Taskade is my trusty sidekick. It keeps things light but is seriously good at what it does. It's not just an app for me; it's the secret sauce to keeping my life organized and on track. Taskade is the one tool I can't do without. It's the quiet hero in the background, making sure my day-to-day runs smoothly. Less silliness, more awesomeness – that's Taskade for me! 🌟📱📅 The true one and only must have.
I moved to taskade from todoist. There is a learning curve, and since taskade is much more than a todo app, there is some pain to move from a simpler tool. However, after learning it better, using their AI, setting my recurrent tasks, I now use it for reminders, tasks and inspiration. I have to say, using the AI to create projects from scratch, or expand on notes, or ask it about the project currently being worked on is a game changer.
Like many busy professionals, I occasionally forget about subscriptions. My business unfortunately closed down several months ago, rendering Taskade completely unnecessary for my needs. Due to this closure, Taskade was not in use at all for months leading up to my yearly subscription renewal. Regrettably, I overlooked the renewal date and was charged for another year. The very next day after the accidental renewal, I contacted Taskade support requesting a refund. I explained clearly that I had not used Taskade for months, had no intention of renewing, and had logged in only to cancel my subscription after the accidental charge. I emphasized that there had been absolutely zero usage of the service since the renewal, and no benefit derived whatsoever.
I really enjoy using Taskade as my go-to task management app. Its AI integration has made it even more powerful and effective.
THE BEST! My 'boyfriend' at work. I use it every single day and it takes my work to the next level. I use it to organize my tasks and the AI features are unbeatable. The software is also improved constantly which is why I am always excited to use this app and there is no turning back!

Very good and powerful AI inside Taskade. Very nice mobile app on top of destop app and web version. Still waiting for Notion like document creation and then 5 start!
