Like many busy professionals, I occasionally forget about subscriptions. My business unfortunately closed down several months ago, rendering Taskade completely unnecessary for my needs. Due to this closure, Taskade was not in use at all for months leading up to my yearly subscription renewal. Regrettably, I overlooked the renewal date and was charged for another year.
The very next day after the accidental renewal, I contacted Taskade support requesting a refund. I explained clearly that I had not used Taskade for months, had no intention of renewing, and had logged in only to cancel my subscription after the accidental charge. I emphasized that there had been absolutely zero usage of the service since the renewal, and no benefit derived whatsoever.
