I'm seriously loving Tana - it's been a total game-changer for keeping my digital life organized. Unlike other note-taking apps I've tried, this one just clicks with how my brain works. The way you can link everything together is super smooth, and I love how it lets you organize stuff without feeling rigid or complicated. Been using it daily for all my notes and projects, and honestly, it's made my life so much easier. If you're looking for a better way to manage your thoughts and work, definitely give it a shot!
After going through the usual flotsam and jetsam of Roam Research, Obsidian, Capacities, Craft, Notion, etc I landed on Tana about 1 year ago. I absolutely adore the object-oriented approach to productivity. A little bit of a learning curve, but wow do I love this product! (no connection to the company just a user)

Would give 10 stars if I could! 😊 Tana is the ultimate tool for structuring my life—I throw in every note, to-do, and random thought without worrying about where to save them. Thanks to supertags and endless customization options, I always find what I need, exactly when and where I need it. Absolute game-changer!
I manage all my life in Tana — my notes and todos, meetings, recipes, and even my diary. I just love how flexible tana is in capturing my workflows and keeping everything at my fingertips. I could not do without it!
I used Notion and Roam Research a lot, this is the perfect blend for me, for personal PKM, personal CRM, etc. Also can be very useful for task/project management! The slick integration of AI features have me excited and finding new insights, connections, and save me time I would have used before to tag/summarize/synthesize.
