After a 5 days hack with Entrepreneur First and Lovable, we realised we were the only team able to generate revenue through a pilot program with 10 people. We reviewed our concept, and after a few pilots, we finally launched our concierge for restaurants reservations.
We believe in leveraging automations to scale, but also we think that human-based customer service is essential to make our customers loyal and happy. With this value proposition, we are targeting people who don't have time to plan ahead their night-out, and we all know how difficult is to find a reservation the same day in cities like New York or London. We proved that we can get reservations in high-end restaurants like Tatiana, Theodora or Torrisi in New York.
