Poor Customer Service and malfunctioning website. I opted for a trial plan and asked to enter details. I got bullied for a month. I have been emailing contact support but no reply from their side. Even the portal doesn't work properly. NOT RECOMMENDED.
What a great team and product. They continue to improve it daily. Very impressive and responsive support. I have very high hopes for this company as I feel team is quite amazing. Very excited to help my clients scale with ai.
Oooo if you could bundle this with a custom phone number customers could buy - I know VOIP is like a whole entirely separate category - but I think the integration of a phone system companies don't want to manage with an AI that can answer it....I think we'll have to go there eventually? Congrats - really cool stuff

I tested it over a short call and seems too be working great. However, I think it requires little more work towards understanding different accents and languages.
