I ordered nine pairs of socks in six colors, and the order screen told me my socks would be shipped in 3 - 5 days. Instead, they were finally shipped after nine days. When I finally got them, instead of nine socks in six colors, I received six socks in five colors. I contacted customer service and got no response. After a week and three tries, I was finally told I'd get my missing socks, which were finally shipped more than a month after the initial order. The quarter socks are more like crew socks, and though they claim to be one-size-fits-all, the heels go partway up my calves (I have women's size 6.5 feet, and they claim the socks fit kid's 2 to men's 16). They are also of a very sweat-retaining material, and aren't very comfortable. The ankle socks are pretty comfy, but given their terrible customer service, I don't plan to order them again. Still, I'll give them two stars because I did eventually get all the socks I ordered, after extensive hassle.
These are the most comfortable athletic sock I’ve ever worn. They are so soft.
