I've had the privilege to work with Logan, Ayush, and the Surmount team as an advisor since their graduation from TechStars, and seeing the vision of an automated 'build your own hedge fund' marketplace is such a cool and unique vision. Helping the team build, learn, and grow has been a ton of fun, and this launch shows just the tip of the spear in terms of capabilities and power of the platform the team is building. I've been running Surmount strategies as a part of my diversified portfolio, and so far, so good - I love the "fire and forget" aspect and that running an advanced portfolio strategy is as simple as linking my investment account, selecting a strategy and allocation, and hitting the "Start" button. For a nerd like me, it gives me just enough knobs and buttons to push without weighing me down with the burden of writing my own strategies or building and maintaining an algorithmic trading infrastructure. And the marketplace is such a great way to match quants looking to build innovative strategies with qualified investors who want to put their money to work - and Surmount makes sure that everything is fair and there's no funny business. As the team continues to refine and simplify things, the future only looks brighter and brighter!

Surmount AI makes it easy for those of us that are not quants to get access to algorithmic trading strategies. I’ve been using the app since early in the beta and am impressed with all the progress the ream has made. Can’t wait to see the more strategies and features in the future.
