Have been using Suprsend for more than 1.5 years now. Can say it with full confidence has helped us a lot in managing our notifications infra. From a very early stage the Suprsend team has been super focused on the developer experience of their product. They've thought things through and made it simple where it can be and flexible where it needs to be. We tried to integrate an early version to replace our homegrown notification system and it took a couple of hours (max). Keep it up ?makers 🙌
We've been using preferences live in our product for a bit - the granularity in the tool was just what we needed! Made it super quick to integrate as well with their prebuilt react components.
Wanted per-user based pricing, which they were unable to accommodate. They also forced me to pay a fee just to get a quote. We were looking for a 3rd party notification tool, and found some names. SuprSend mentioned their pricings in per-notifications, which wasn't aligning with our interests. Per user would have made more sense for us. Their team, esp Nikita, was not willing enough to accommodate our request. Terrible experience. Stay away from this company
