TBH this way of showing support and thanks to a very important team inside any company is something that never crossed my mind. This way feels great because it also reassures the importance of their job among their peers. Their effort sometimes tends to be taken for granted.
Justin and his team are laser focused on empowering customer experience team.
Customer success/support soaks up a lot of heartache for growing companies, and showing these teammates a little extra love seems like a smart idea to keep culture grounded in common goals. I like how these shirts boost the "us vs. the galaxy" mentality.

Love the idea of this - as a manager of younger customer support/sales team members, finding small ways to bring fun and encouragement to each day.
-Some other items could include: stickers with the designs, as well as digital downloads so that CS members could use them as desktop backgrounds, or even computer skins.
-Would be great if there was a way to send a team member a digital gift card so that they can pick out their own item
-Adding a few humorous / punny options

This is a great offering by a great team at Boostopia that is "all-in" on improving the Customer Service experience.
Customer success and support teams never gets as much recognition as they deserve. Awesome that the Boostopia crew setup a really efficient way to show those teams some love.
This seems like a great way to uplift members of our team and make everyone feel like they are valued at the AU. It's the little things like this gear that make people feel proud of where they work.
