Superflows is... AWESOME ! A real gem for who want to quickly and efficiently gain un Productivity with emails. Nice UX/UI, and the results are very good. I love the thread summarization, not only the last email summary, the whole thread ! Congrats ! I'm in for ever ! Chris HK
This is AWESOME! Just installed it and starting sending notes out to people! Super, super cool. A couple of things that would help though: - I like the font in my email to be a particular one (Garamond, in my case). It'd be nice if I could pick a font - The instructions for the reply types could be a little clearer. I'm still unsure of how the Reply Type I just added will work, but perhaps it'll become evident when I use the product a bunch more - Finally - and this was a bit annoying. You're adding 'assisted by Superflows.ai' to all my email signatures. I get the virality element, but not letting me know about it is a bit annoying. If you'd have told me, it would've been much better. Seemed extremely sneaky. And yes, I get making it a paid feature. And perhaps i'll pay for it. BUT - Tell me you're doing that! But all of this is just feedback. I like the product quite a bit. Nice job folks - @matthewdelta @henry_pulver
Wow, this looks like a great product - I send so many emails every day that are so generic and could just be automated - this is better than having an assistant!
@matthewdelta Just installed the extension! Really cool experience! The wow-moment happened to me in the Summary box when it summarized a very long thread in a very neat and cohesive way. Great job, guys! Good luck with the rest of the hub and keep me updated!
As someone who's entire work-day consists of fielding email requests Superflows has been a life *and* time-saver! The categorisation helps me keep on top of admin, and the more you use it the more spot on the responses get. Anyone in a customer service or customer-facing role would huuugely benefit from this. Now just waiting for a Zendesk or JIRA add-on 🤞
