I'm really excited about this app. I've tried different educational apps with my kids, but most of the apps just have them tapping on the screen. This is the first one we've used where the kids are fully engaged. The teacher calls them by their names when asking questions - just like a real teacher would - and that puts smiles on their faces. But the app really stands out by having the teacher adapt the lessons for each kid. My daughter is a bit ahead of my son when it comes to reading, and when they took the same lesson, the app asked my daughter more challenging questions, while giving my son a bit of extra help. We upgraded so that each of them can have their own profile, keep track of their progress, and even earn awards throughout the lessons (my son is obsessed with collecting them all). Definitely excited to see how they grow with the super teacher!
This looks awesome! I can't wait for it to launch on Android! I'm always looking for something educational that I can give my kids when they as for screen time. This looks like it could solve a lot of the frustrations they've had with other programs in school like ST Math where they get bored so easily.
We were lucky enough to obtain early access as beta testers. The Super Teacher app was a game-changer for our son's reading comprehension skills. Over time, we noticed an improvement in his overall literacy and reading ability. The interface is also user-friendly and engaging, with colorful graphics and interactive exercises of all levels to keep him challenged. The team also regularly updates the content and adds new lessons, keeping the experience fresh.
My 7-year-old really enjoyed Super Teachers, He is in 2nd grade and was telling me about the Greek mythology lessons that he took. He was rambling on and on about Hercules and Midas' Golden Touch. He buffed up his art skills with Super Teachers' Art lessons. He even loved learning fun facts about the 50 states! It seems like new lessons are added all the time, He can't wait for facts about New York to be added to the fun facts about the 50 States and I can't wait for my younger son who is 3 years old is ready to be a Super Learner.
My niece and nephew love this app! They want to do every single lesson. They love that they can say their answers out loud and the app will respond to them.
My daughter absolutely loves using Super Teacher! She now asks for it over watching TV and I can see the progress she is already making through the lessons. I love how creative and educational the content is and how engaged she is!
As a teacher and curriculum coordinator, I recommend this app to my students. It is interactive, engaging, and makes a positive impact on learning. Students LOVE it, too! The system tracks the students progress, so all instruction is differentiated. My students who are struggling will be given more support. My students who are more advanced will have more challenging questions.
I've been home sick this week with kiiinda sick / mostly hyper preschoolers begging for screen time. I honestly don't even consider Super Teacher screen time. My girls are learning about science, reading stories, and drawing unicorns ... it's the app version of a mother's helper lol Seriously, the product is very cool and I like hearing my kids chatting with the teacher, rather than seeing them stare glossy-eyed at a cartoon video. My favorite moment was when we were walking the dog yesterday after a big downpour. Chloe (5yo) started telling me about how water evaporates and all I could think was "where did this come from??" She said she learned about it during a desert "episode" on Super Teacher. My favorite kind of kiddo education is when it's fun and doesn't feel like work. I think this app has really nailed it.
