I love Stripe's attention to creating a good developer experience. Though not directly available in my country, its extended business subsidiary provides the same solid experience. Why use any other?
One of the most useful products I have used while building startups from the ground up
Very easy to use. The backend could be more straightforward, but I'm tech-savvy, so I know how to find my way around. The fees add up quickly, for sure! But there are no monthly or "hidden" fees, so it makes sense. Overall, I love Stripe. I think they have lots of opportunities to make it simpler.
