We were in search of a subscription management solution for the test pilot/MVP of a Fortune 500 company. Initially, I believed that Stigg could fulfill our needs, so I registered for a trial account. However, every time I attempted to log into the app, I was greeted with the error message "Stigg is at capacity right now."
I made several attempts to reach out to their support team via various channels including their contact form, email, LinkedIn, private messages on LinkedIn, and their chat service. Regrettably, I have not received any response to date, despite waiting for over a month.
It's unfortunate because Stigg could have been an ideal fit for our requirements, but the lack of support or any means of communication makes it an unviable option.
