I was looking for a minimalistic reflection app — something light and clean. No need for an account, no subscriptions, no affirmations or advice. Just a place to write things down as they appear in my head. Plus, it feels safer knowing my reflections aren’t uploaded anywhere. I couldn’t find anything simple enough, so I decided to create it myself over a weekend. Pure HTML/JS/CSS combined with the browser’s local IndexedDB. In the end, it took a weekend plus a couple of late evenings, but I’m glad it’s complete enough.

This is the cutest journaling reflection app, really clear and pretty, makes me relaxed and feel like in a safe space just looking at it 😄 Just one comment, when I added a prompt without picking an emoji first it took me a few seconds to understand why my comment wasn't saved, and that I needed to pick a mood first Otherwise I love the simplicity of it ❤️

@annedevj Thanks a lot, Anne! If you feel this way, I’m confident that I’ve reached my goal 🙌 You’re not the first to mention the required mood selection, overlooked it, will fix!

@annedevj Thanks again for mentioning this, I added a little shake animation to mood selection to show that it's required 🙌
