I bought this so i could see if my girl was cheating or what things she liked/said on other post but was disappointed when i found out it says "we are unable to track this account right now!" her account is on public and since this is the only reason i bought it im keeping the 1 star until fixed

There's only one case when we are unable to track this account is when it's private at the time you are adding it in our dashboard. We respect privacy and do not track private accounts, it is properly disclosed on the main page, in FAQ, in Terms of Service and even during the subscription process. If an account is public now, you will be able to add it and start tracking. Please note that if an account becomes private after tracking is started, you will only see the portion of likes performed while an account was public.
Anyways, if you feel like we did not communicate a private accounts approach right, please contact out support and we'll refund all payments you don't feel comfortable about.
Please let me know if this issue is resolved.
I've been using the tool for a few months now and it's been great, the reports that Snoopreport provides are really accurate. However, after the profile I was following became private, I can no longer receive the data. Yes, they clearly state that they cannot monitor the activity of private profiles, but it would be great if this issue could be resolved
Hello Taylor, thank you for your feedback. There's technical AND ethical aspect of tracking private accounts, even if it was possible from technical stand point we would not do it due to ethical reasons. We are sorry we can not help on this one. On the positive note, we revisit accounts we track frequently and if account become public again we will be able to continue tracking, it happens pretty often when account go private and back public.
FAQ clearly states, as does the response to the review below, that any public account can be followed. However accounts with > 3000 followers cannot be followed, and apparently this is stated in the terms and conditions. Completely misleading information. I have requested a full refund.

I am sorry that you are not satisfied with the Snoopreport Instagram activity tracker.
As far as tracking concerned, it's clearly stated in the Terms of Service that we can not track accounts with 3000+ followings (who they follow), not followers (who follow them), that is, if the account is following more thank 3k users. Please note that this does not apply to profile followers. There is no followers limit, you can track Instagram accounts with millions of followers, no problem. Moreover we will likely lift 3k followings limit next week.
Unfortunately we can not communicate all the Terms of Service in FAQ, therefore we encourage our users to read the Terms upon signing up, you simply can not complete the sign up without agreeing on the Terms.

Doesn't function correctly. Doesn't display full reports. Some reports are completely empty when there was definitely activity. Zero responses from customer service.

How do you know that “there was definitely activity”? Please read FAQ and Terms and Conditions carefully, we explained target success rate there so our customers can have a right expectations.
Anyways, if you feel uncomfortable about any of your payments, please contact our support at support (_at_) snoopreport.com and we will refund such payments and cancel your subscriptions. We honor most of such requests.
Dear Kim, could you please provide a details? Our reports are 100% accurate and always been that way. If we say someone liked specific post it's 100% true, we double check it and give a firm guarantee. The only case scenario I see is if at the time of our observation a post was liked but was unliked thereafter, this accounts to 0.01% of cases and is very unlikely as as I said before we double check the likes some some time after. The other problem you might be referring to is we do not collect 100% of likes, that is true and it is practically impossible, success rate varies, we properly disclose this fact in our Terms of Service. We encourage you to specify details of inaccuracies you faced via publicly available reply here so we can provide a public reply as well.

Hello, thank you for your request. Please go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Discontinue subscription link on the bottom of the page. Our support both email and phone are 24/7 and you can ask them to cancel your subscription as well.
