FAQ clearly states, as does the response to the review below, that any public account can be followed. However accounts with > 3000 followers cannot be followed, and apparently this is stated in the terms and conditions. Completely misleading information. I have requested a full refund.

I've been using the tool for a few months now and it's been great, the reports that Snoopreport provides are really accurate. However, after the profile I was following became private, I can no longer receive the data. Yes, they clearly state that they cannot monitor the activity of private profiles, but it would be great if this issue could be resolved
Missleading unsubscribe process. Nothing special, you will lose more money/time to unsubscribe than value it gives.
Super handy if you're trying to understand someone's interests better. I started using it for celebreties, but Iately I got curious to see what my friends are really up to. It’s easy to use, reports are clear, and the weekly breakdowns are fun to browse. Definitely a unique and underrated Instagram tracking tool.
