Slack was my primary tool for team communication. I was pleased with its intuitive interface, numerous integrations, and powerful search capabilities. The mobile app provides excellent support for working outside the office, and bots help automate routine tasks. However, the overload of notifications, limitations of the free version, and occasional slowdowns can sometimes hinder productivity. Despite these drawbacks, Slack remains an excellent tool, but I found another one that better suits my needs
