SkillScore - AI Talent Matching

I built SkillScore after seeing the same frustration over and over again in hiring:

• Freelancers spend hours polishing CVs and LinkedIn profiles, only to get rejected — not because they lack skills, but because their resumes aren’t ATS-friendly or their experience is hard to compare.

• Recruiters waste endless time maintaining messy skill matrices, trying to match candidates with inconsistent data (“JS” vs. “JavaScript” vs. “Typescript”), and risk overlooking great talent.

• Companies lose visibility into their own people — hidden skills go unnoticed, knowledge disappears when employees leave, and building project teams becomes a slow, manual process.

SkillScore exists to fix this.

Instead of unstructured PDFs and guesswork, we use AI to extract skills, projects, and experience into structured data. From there, everything gets easier:

• Freelancers get AI-powered skill analysis, confidence levels, and one-click CV variants.

• Recruiters can search a clean talent pool, compare profiles consistently, and export ATS-ready documents.

• Companies uncover hidden expertise, skill gaps, and opportunities to build better teams faster.

My goal with SkillScore is simple:

Make skills measurable, visible, and comparable — so the right people and the right projects finally find each other.
