[Edit : realized that a down vote would not really help getting the ball rolling here, so i reposted a an upvote. ]
I like the idea but i'm not going to convert to a subscriber.
You've got to fight the chicken and egg problem, and it seems like you've barely done anything to address that.
At launch, i'd make sure that some real creators are on board, not just 10 accounts that post photos or jokes without any context. What i'm seeing now doesn't feel like something worth paying for at all. Maybe add an easy way for those already using patreon to cross post their patreon posts automatically (not sure if feasible).
I'd also offer long term benefits to the early adopters, like a halved subscription price / doubled weights in payback calculation for the first few 1000th users, that would be permanent as a thank you for early adopters.
Maybe add a system to be notified once a creator present on another platform joins this one.
I would make the commission as small as possible at first, that 30% feels like a high price for such a currently empty place. I'd just cover the transaction costs and once you offer real value, you can raise that up again.
So, i think once the ball is rolling, you'd have a great product, but right not it feels like an empty shell with a hefty price tag.
