The available templates are basic and lack sophistication for professional careers. Additionally, the AI-generated suggestions for resume customization seem disingenuous. The strategy of adding adjectives to enhance resume appeal is short-sighted, as it may lead to discrepancies between the resume and actual skills demonstrated during interviews. This could potentially undermine the credibility of job seekers during the interview process.
Helpful service, however, avoid their job board feature. Many of the roles are weeks, if not months, old. And they provide no way to filter out listings based on this information.
