It has always been such a pain for both employees and admin to manage internal ticketing. I'v witnessed many 100+ people companies handling all the internal requests on Slack directly or by Email... Siit has pulled up what every company should have: a dedicated employee helpdesk. Plus, the new AI features makes it even easier for employees to get the answer they are looking for. Great stuff Siit team! 🟪🟦🟩🟥 Question: Do you integrate with SIRH?

Siit is great because requests can be sent directly through slack channel or email, allowing employees to keep using their daily tools. Great job Siit team 🔥

Congrats for the launch! This is an amazing idea and I can definitely see a lot of value in my current organisation (an all the companies I was a part of before in the past!). Quick question; I understand that the AI assistant learns off your existing documentation (super efficient btw); does it support all format (PDF, hosted version on Notion, website pages etc...) ?
