Sidenotes alternatives

Originally I liked it very much, but it has seemingly morphed into a site for trash masquerading as music. I just found out it was originally constructed as a hip hop-based forum but for lack of a real rock 'n roll alternative forum site, it grew to encompass all kinds of music & quasi-music. Im looking for an alternative geared more to rhe true 60's/70's roots of r & r.
