Incredibly valuable app - next to iMessage and Spotify, there isn’t an app that gets as much use on my phone as Shred. Reliable, intuitive, fairly priced.
I absolutely love this app. It has taken my workouts and my body to the next level. I was lacking motivation for the longest time and never knew what to do when I went to the gym until I got Shred. Never been so proud of my body progress as I am now. I feel strong and lean. THANK YOU SHRED
Shred takes the guess work out of your workout, no matter your goals. After a long day at work the last thing I want to do is plan a workout routine not knowing whether or not I’m doing the right exercises to maximize results. Shred is my personal trainer helping me accomplish my fitness goals.
