Shop-Shopify - Scammer's paradise Don’t install or use Shop and Shopify. The app is full of fake stores that scam you out of your money. Shopify is in the business of facilitating and enabling these online scammers . Shop will charge your credit card and it will NOT issue refund for a fraudulent transaction. There is no customer support to answer your complaints. Stay clear of this fraudster's paradise.

Don't go near this company. They changed the price of an item for me AFTER i clicked pay then refused to fix the issue. Worst customer support I've ever encountered. I will be filling a complaint with my local consumer protection agency and I recommend others affected by their scummy business practices will do the same. I gave them multiple chances to fix this issue but they simply didn't care. They are also bottom feeders that take money from the store you are purchasing from so just go directly through the stores instead.

Buyer beware!!! Shop does not perform any due diligence when allowing merchants onto their platform. Meaning, that if a merchant charges you, and Shop closes their accounts or bans them, you have no way to recover your money. Their exact response is that they cannot issue refunds because solely the merchant can. I’d recommend buying directly from your vendor at their own website rather than through the shop app to make sure you’re not getting scammed.
