Shimmer is the best things that’s happened to me after finding out I was ADHD (just recently diagnosed as a 41 year old). The extra accountability, the body doubling sessions, and coaching is great. 100% would recommend!
Shimmer coaching has helped my work and personal productivity. As an adult with ADHD who wasn't diagnosed until my late 50s, it is so helpful to have support as I navigate the challenges that come with ADHD.
Love it! The staff is super supportive, helpful, and open to feedback on improvements to the program. This is my first time trying coaching and I got funding from my university accommodations and the Shimmer staff were really helpful in completing some of the forms. The price point is excellent, and compared to therapy, coaching is so much more positive and provided me with actionable exercises to help me overcome my symptoms and other struggles. Would highly recommend it!

Congrats on the launch, @christal! I'm just discovering this app for the first time but I was diagnosed with ADHD 5 years ago at the age of 35. The diagnosis completely changed my life as an entrepreneur as I've developed tools for managing & optimizing my ADHD. Coaching specifically geared towards this condition is something I've been seeking for a while, but as you said, the existing options leave a lot to be desired. I'll definitely be trying this out. Must say, I noticed you have some fantastic blog & social media content! Thanks for developing this platform and congrats again!
Hi everyone! I have been using Shimmer for a few months now and I got to say I am loving the product. I have for years struggled with ADHD and haven't really found something that really helped that is not medication. The coaching and guidance have seriously been a breakthrough for me through my struggles. I cannot thank Shimmer enough!

Congratulations on the launch. I really loved the pain points that you are addressing. I have been myself in the space ( wellness ), and I understand how it could be unaffordable. I have tried to bring change in mental health space in India couple of years before and that is one of the reasons I could understand the pain points and how you are addressing them. BTW ( serving over 1,200 clients in 10,000+ coaching sessions ) is fantastic traction. Keep it up.
So helpful! It’s impossible to find a therapist who really is skilled at working with patients with ADHD, this is exactly what I need and I even recommend to my own patients!
