I discovered Shimmer very shortly after my ADHD diagnosis last year (age 40). It was just the thing I needed to help me sort out all the stuff I was working through emotionally, and at the same time, set some attainable goals to help manage my symptoms. Finding this platform that offered a low-risk point of entry to coaching really helped me find my bearings. A late diagnosis raises a lot of questions about who you think you are, and having guidance to establish more effective routines and habits was very helpful for me. My coach (Alex) has been insightful and continually raises questions for me to reflect on. I look forward to continuing my journey with Shimmer, and being a part of their growing community.

Been utilizing shimmer to create my vision for multiple goals in my life personally and professionally. The admin team has been extremely helpful in ensuring I figure out how to make the best of this product’s features! It’s been really helpful to stay accountable through regular check ins and homework. Also I have really product check ins with my coach & then can message after in between! The coaches and admin are super nice and so open to feedback & constantly iterating the product! It’s impressive!

Absolutely amazing coaching, and my coach honestly has saved my life. She’s very knowledgeable and encourages me to do my best. I couldn’t imagine anything better. Plus the CEO’s are incredible, personable people who make me feel valued as a user of their app. Love that they ask for feedback!

I've been through long-form adhd coaching before and I have been really in need of a coach to to help when I get stuck and keep me honest on getting tasks done. This has been an immense help. The app itself keeps getting better but they've got a solid staff that truly cares and is focused on ensuring your success. I've truly loved being able to work with Noelle on a weekly basis and the team has been great about handling any of my questions or concerns as they arise.
