An absolute expert in how to bring information to you so that you will actually understand it and be able to apply it. The information is bite size, engaging, hands on, the instructor is vulnerable and shows who they are. They are authentic, you can sense that they care to help others. These things are critical to help me learn and if it wasn't like this I would have stopped in the middle. They are extremely generous to put everything they know out there in a simple way.
