Please do not use Shakepay. Their security team googles information and basis their finding on those informations. What a joke. I call them glorified security guards, no offence to security guards. Poor customer sevice, it takes days and weeks to solve issues if any. I would rather pay higher fees and get goid customer service and be able to trsde then paying lower fees, my money being held hostage and be told how and when to sell my crypto. They forced me to close my account.

These guys are shysters, they must be part of the Canadian government because you literally can't do anything on their app. I downloaded the app, sent some money to their exchange and then tried to send money to another exchange - which they locked my assets and then started asking personal questions about my intentions. I answered all of their nosy questions quickly and it took them OVER 1 WEEK to reply to my questions. When they replied they told me that they've deleted my account and I can no longer use their services. Total junk company - welcome to the most heavily censored and regulated country in the world - Canada. Don't use Shakepay EVER unless you want to miss out on cryto opportunities and have a big brother regulate your life. On their support page they say, "You are our top priority" - which is a total lie. YOU COME LAST with these shysters... Seriously, I'd rather deal with Royal Bank.
Where do I start! The support team is really slow and takes days to fix one issue you have. And whoever is managing this shake pay needs to work on their app and their customer service skills. I would give it 1/10 stars.
NEVER USE!!!! So to make a story short… I got scammed by trading with a scam block chain. Lost my money due to this. Shakepay then block me, so I ask why… it takes them Days and Days to investigate. They then say they banned my account from shakepay and me forever!!!! WTF Tried to get info on what might of happened. No clear answere. They point blanc abandon their clients when there seems to be a problem. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND!!!! If only you guys could see our conversations!!! 100% disappointing!!!! Take time to look at reviews… 2 and 3 years ago all seems fine, after that everyone seems to have problems with service. And it seems that there also seems to be problems with prices. Anyways. Please look at other possibilities!
