I had a terrible experience with Samwell.ai and Semihuman.ai. The product works okay, but the big problem is customer service and trust. They charged me twice for the same membership and never gave me a refund. I contacted them many times, but they ignored most of my messages and emails. After a lot of effort, I finally got one cold reply saying they couldn’t help me. I feel scammed! Don’t trust this company—they might double charge you and refuse to refund your money. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
