@parth_ahir Thanks, Parth. Absolutely, one of the biggest gaps we noticed was how often real interest drops off simply because reps can’t respond quickly enough. SchedX solves that by combining qualification and scheduling in a single flow, so leads can move forward instantly while their interest is high.
The agent is powered by a customizable knowledge base, so you can train it with relevant details about your product and process. When it comes across edge-case questions, it’s trained to naturally guide them towards talking to a product specialist.

Brilliant Product - Kudos to @vengat_klenty @praveenananthu @ashokkkammara and team. Anything that can improve productivity and efficiency of SDRs on one hand and enhance user experience on the other.
