We've been using Carta for Mansion (our startup), but the simplicity and UI by @jdsimcoe and the Mercury team are the best in class IMHO. They bring everything down to the jobs to be done, integrate it seamlessly into the core Mercury product, and don't complicate things with feature over load.
Thanks for building this feature @immad; our counsel is looking at changing to using Mercury asap to speed up funding and keep it simple (we'll still use Carta for the cap table management parts) as we finish our SAFE fundraising over the next few months.
