I don't ever leave reviews- but, ya'll. This company is so easy to use- gorgeous platform. It took the stress out of booking accommodations. But, what I really want to talk about is the DIVINE customer service I experienced. I think we are all used to unenthusiastic to sub-par at best customer service. They blew my socks off. So responsive, attentive, and professional. They advocated for me when I had a last minute change in dates for a surgery. Not only did they fix everything for me but, they followed up with an email saying that since I was getting surgery- they bet I'd need food delivery and gave me really great food recommendations near by. It was super sweet and totally customized. Love it.
