After building and launching 6 products in 2024, we faced the same founders struggle many of you know: getting users is way harder (and more expensive) than building! For one of our SaaS tools, Olovka AI, running ads didn’t make sense - the payback period was just too long at a $9.95/mo price point.
That’s when @djordjevic_nikola and I discovered the power of engaging on viral YouTube videos. Here’s how it works:

Do you have any success stories or real examples with good results? How did you test if this would actually work?

@kksrm Thanks so much, Ksenia! Yes - we first tested this strategy with our own B2C tool, Olovka, and grew it from 500 to 24,000+ users in just a few months, all organic and no ads. We’ve shared the full case study with screenshots on our site.
Right now, we’re working with early adopters across all kinds of niches (apps, e-commerce, supplements, personal brands, etc.) to build more case studies, but we want to give it a bit of time since results keep compounding as videos get more views. The main thing you need is to be in a niche with lots of YouTube videos.

Some examples: tech/software tutorials, AI and SaaS reviews, productivity tools, e-commerce, education, health & fitness, personal finance, etc.
Basically, if your audience is searching for solutions and there’s a steady stream of content (with engagement in the comments), YouTube can be a powerful channel. I could see @mgmate fitting in well with videos around team management, productivity, and workplace culture - there’s definitely an active discussion there.
