I'm both a regular user and sitter. I've been a sitter for the past 5 years and have over 100 reviews in my profile. As a sitter I like the fact that potential customers are able to send you messages directly. I like how I can send pictures and daily updates to pet owners through the app.
some downside that I have encounter is the app itself. The app is not meant to be used in different phones as its not synched. In my case, my wife and myself use my account to provide services on 2 different phones and sometimes when we do daycares, she submits the "day card" but my phone app will still show it (not synch).
