Awesome product. Points hacking has never appealed to my given the amount of time you'd need to invest to make it somewhat viable but this would make me reconsider. I have a couple of questions: 1. Previously this process was somewhat opaque - perhaps by design as points were not used to their fullest extent (?). Do you think airlines will react to AI powered points optimization? 2. Are you thinking of moving further up the funnel i.e. automatically optimizing credit card usage. E.g. If I have Credit Card X now but Credit Card Y has an offer Roame could tell me whether it's worth switching from X to Y. Another scenario could see Roame optimize spending across several credit cards without me having to think (given that some Credit Cards allow you to get 2x points on hotels, some on travel etc.)
Easy to search award flights and love that it shows all reward redemptions possible and the total out of pocket fees that would be added. Normally you'd have to figure this out yourself and do all the comparisons manually - saves so much time!
Incredible concept here - optimizing all the various reward currencies with route availability is one of those time sinks that tends to over-complicate and spoil the planning process of upcoming trips for me. Definitely impressed to see point transfers between partners included in the search results. It'd be cool if roame could help more seamlessly facilitate those transfers as well someday? One of my stress points is hoping that a ticket will still be available sometimes several days later when a point transfer completes and becomes available to spend. Excited to see this one develop over the coming months. Congrats on the launch & good luck to the Roame team!
Hey , this is super cool. I had been doing extensive research on this and was thinking of changing my cards just to get the maximum benefit out of points. The only thing that was holding me back was worry of credit score. This is a super cool solution to get around that :D
