I was a Revel user since when it didn't have many users. The application has several bugs, in addition to having several fake profiles on the platform. Another complaint was that they deleted my profile without prior notice, and without providing any proof. In addition to having terrible customer service.

Hi Pablo, it looks like you opened multiple accounts on the platform in violation of our Terms of Service in an attempt to farm in-app currency and inflate your card values. You're right--fake profiles on the platform are problematic and we work diligently to prevent and eliminate these users.

Love this app a lot. It's unique from other apps out there. Everyone I have communicated with on the app is friendly so far. I believe it will grow quite big in the near future!
