After the subscription is finished you can no longer export your files in different formats, without even changing its content. Spend a lot of time just to realize it was actually a paid feature, why do I only know it when click final export?! Money’s back guarantee, in fact works for 7 days only, it’s hard to find flaws in the service when you are using it once a month

My experience is awful! Totally agree with guys that wrote before - they still your money in an ugly way! They don’t follow gdpr Customer service is terrible Don’t ever try to join this website IT IS SO PATHETIC IT STEALS YOUR MONEY AND DONT GIVE BACK!!!

Awful company. DO NOT SIGN UP/ENTER YOUR BANK DETAILS OR USE THIS WEBSITE. utter scammers, and if you do sign up to the 7 day trial, keep checking your bank statement because they will magically take out a subscription charge out of your account without stating it or notifying you of it. SCAM ARTISTS, I cannot reiterate it enough

I think it was a good service until they began to charge me without notifying me through a different company name. No refunds provided too when I clarified my situation
