After twenty-five years at one company, I found myself back in the job market. After reading tons of what should a resume in 2024 look like. How to get past the automated screeners (my first few .doc submissions of my "old" format were almost instantly rejected) I found Resume Generator off a Reddit post. Hands down of everything I looked at this was the best. It has scoring, AI, and auto phrasing. Gives you a basic resume of your skills and qualifications. It will also let you build JOB SPECIFIC resumes against skills and qualifications from the posting you are applying for.
No it is not click the button>download>submit (nothing ever will be) You will need to proofread, tweak and adjust but Resume Generator lets you do just that. Multiple versions and everything. WATCH THE TURTIORAL VIDEOS and get started. Use Microsoft 365 Online free once downloaded to remove the scoring and generate the PDF.
Lastly. why only 4 stars? to me 5 is perfection and nothing is perfect. Resume Generator is as close as it gets and I only see it getting better. Thank you to the person/people/team who put this together.
