Setting up a business for you side project is a smart thing to do but it can be hard and complicated. This tool helps you estimate costs and taxes instantly so you don't have to spend hours on the phone.
Since the tool is all about remote businesses, here are a few inaccuracies I noticed at first sight:
- The Delaware tax rate is only for C-Corp or for US citizens/residents
- The Wyoming tax rate is only for US citizens/residents (I run a Wyoming LLC from Europe and pay 0% in taxes)
- For UAE, you say the effective tax rate is 10%, but the tax owed is 0 (recurring fees are fees, not tax)
- For UK Ltd, you may end up paying 0% if no income is effectively connected to the UK and you are not a UK tax resident.
There are too many "if X, then Y" in international taxation to create such a simple table.
